An Inspired design for Miss Lord
Monolithic Studios' diva extraordinaire Madra Lord shows off a delightful new hat for her "Daily Threads" suit from Integrity's Gene Marshall Stardust Convention set. A spiral of charcoal wool felt accented with a vintage button tops a tweed-covered buckram disk, circa early 1940's.
The inspiration came from this marvelous topper worn by actress Rita Johnson. Grosgrain ribbon forms the unusual crown of this late 1930's hat.
